This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients with acute neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, brain injury)Support discharge planning and rehabilitation pathwaysComplete functional assessments and provide appropriate interventionsWork closely with MDT colleagues including Physios, Speech & Language Therapists, and medical staffContribute to patient-centred care plans and goal setting Requirements:
