Job description
Hours: 3 days a week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Start Date: Ideally 25 August. However, if you have existing commitments or a notice period to work, we are happy to be flexible for the right candidate.
Provide occupational therapy assessments, including functional, behavioural, and standardised assessments, skilled observation, checklists, histories, and interviews, in line with each child's individual needs and Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).Develop individualised occupational therapy intervention plans based on student needs and regularly evaluate progress.Monitor and reassess the effectiveness of interventions, adapting or discontinuing treatment as appropriate.Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review assessment findings, contribute recommendations, and support the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention plansContributing to strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation.Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting each student's occupational performance, independence, and educational outcomes.
