Occupational Health Advisor Part Time | 24 Hours Per Week (3 Days)Daventry£40,000 - £42,000 Pro Rata Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real difference? Our client, a leading Occupational Health provider, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing team on a part-time basis. Working three days per week, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Occupational Health services to a range of clients while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team. Key Responsibilities

Deliver a comprehensive range of Occupational Health services, including case management and health surveillance.Conduct face-to-face onsite clinics, medical assessments, management referrals, and health screenings.Carry out pre-employment health assessments and fitness-for-work evaluations.Support immunisation programmes and venepuncture where required.Provide professional advice to managers and employees regarding health-related workplace matters.Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in line with professional standards.Promote employee wellbeing and proactive health management initiatives. Requirements

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and no restrictions.Previous Occupational Health experience within the UK.Strong case management experience.Experience conducting health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, and drug & alcohol testing.Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Strong communication and IT skills. Desirable

Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health.Experience within a commercial Occupational Health environment.Previous PIP or disability assessment experience. Benefits
