- To perform obstetric scans in an NHS hospital setting in order to assist with reducing backlogs
- To provide a high standard of work ensuring that the ultrasound examinations of patients are carried out efficiently
- To carry out obstetric ultra sound Scans and report independently delivering a high standard of work
- To promote a multi disciplinary approach to patient care within the trust, ensuing a patient centred approach to care
- MUST have CASE accredited Qualification
- MUST have a valid Downs Syndrome
Screening Quality Assurance Support Service (DQASS) identification number.

- Must have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience of working in the NHS completing obstetric ultrasound scans.

- Must have completed a postgraduate certificate or a postgraduate diploma in medical or clinical ultrasound
