- Assisting patient with activities of daily living such as washing and dressing and meal preparation
- Rehabilitation in the form of home exercise plans
- Taking patient observation

For this opportunity you will need a full UK driving licence and a vehicle that you are able to use for work purposes.

Qualifications
Essential: - Educated to GSCE or equivalent.
Desirable: - NVQ level 2, equivalent, or willing to work towards.
Experience
Essential: - Working in a busy environment.; - Experience in caring situations.
Desirable: - Experience working in community rehab setting; - Experience of completing patients obs/vital signs
Training
Essential: - Completion of Care Certificate or willing to work towards.
Information Technology
Essential: - Experience using smart technology eg tablets and phones
Desirable: - Experience using EMIS/Civica; - Experience using MS Teams
Skills
Essential
- Ability to accept appropriate degree of responsibility.
- Ability to remain calm.
- Ability to recognise limitations
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
