Nursing Home ManagerSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (Negotiable D.O.E)Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Limited is proud to partner with an award-winning care provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven history of turnaround management; the nursing home is newly owned.
The Nursing Home Manager will lead with integrity and will foster a positive culture where colleagues feel respected, supported, and motivated.
Nursing Home Manager Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service. Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence. Build strong relationships with residents’ families and stakeholders.
