As a Nursing Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you'll leverage your clinical expertise and leadership skills to provide outstanding care and support to the residents. Working alongside the General Manager, Deputy Manager, and multidisciplinary team, you will lead a group of nurses and carers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. This includes overseeing clinical care delivery, ensuring up-to-date care plans, safe medication management, and adherence to regulatory standards. You will also focus on mentoring and developing colleagues, driving continuous improvement, and promoting best practices across the home. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about leadership, improving outcomes, and significantly enhancing residents' lives. The role requires current NMC registration, at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or social care setting, strong clinical knowledge, leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate care.

Working closely with the General Manager, Deputy Manager and wider multidisciplinary team, you'll lead a team of nurses and carers to provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

You'll oversee the delivery of clinical care within your community, ensuring care plans are accurate and up to date, medication is managed safely and effectively, and regulatory standards are consistently achieved. You'll also play a key role in mentoring and developing colleagues, supporting continuous improvement and promoting best practice across the home.

ABOUT YOU To join us as a Nursing Community Manager, you'll need:

Current NMC registration and revalidation At least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical or social care setting Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements Experience leading, mentoring and developing colleagues Excellent communication and decision-making skills A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care
