Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years settingStrong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practicesA genuine passion for child development and high-quality careConfident, organised, and proactive approachExcellent communication and teamwork skills Key Responsibilities Include:
