Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/ChildcareHave previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early YearsDemonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirementsLead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and educationBuild positive relationships with children, parents, and staffBe organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a thriving nursery setting that is recognised for its outstanding care, child-led learning approach, and welcoming family atmosphere.
