Locations: Truro / Bodmin Job Type: Permanent Other: A full UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required to visit patients at home We are looking for a Nurse in Cornwall who will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care in the community, whilst helping prevent unnecessary admissions. This role offers the opportunity to combine strong clinical practice with independent decision-making, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home during a crucial stage of their care.
