Nurse Associate

We are inviting applications for a motivated and skilled Nurse Associate to join our dedicated community services team based at Chippenham Community Hospital. This is a full-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to provide high-standard, holistic, person-centred nursing care within the local community. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute significantly to the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for patients on the district nursing caseload.
