About The Role Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others? As a Nurse Assistant at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their day-to-day care needs. You will work closely with our Registered Nurses and the wider care team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality, relationship-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment. In this role, you will:

Assist in delivering personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while always treating residents with respect and dignity.Safely assist in the administration of medication under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Monitor residents' health, including taking vital signs, and promptly report any changes in their condition.Contribute to the development and updating of residents’ care plans to ensure personal-centred care is delivered.Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and their families, building meaningful connections.
