This position is for a one-year fixed term contract specifically to cover maternity leave with night shifts only. The shifts run from 8pm to 8am. As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to ensure the delivery of quality care. Key duties include creating a safe environment for residents with various physical and mental requirements, making critical clinical decisions using your professional judgment, and developing tailored care plans. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will also be responsible for safe medicine administration and achieving excellence in everything you do. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and will be valued and respected for your contributions. To qualify for this role, you must have current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of modern clinical practices. Important qualifications include producing solid care plans, conducting detailed risk assessments, and understanding regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

ABOUT YOUYou'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
