As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This role includes assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing memorable moments. You will use your dedication and compassion in a fulfilling environment, engaging in varied and rewarding work. Responsibilities include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time with residents. Applicants should have experience caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate nature. Training will be provided to enhance career development.
