As a Night Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, your primary role is to ensure residents receive the quality care and support they deserve. This involves assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship and support, and creating memorable moments with the residents. As a Care Assistant, your duties may include helping residents with food and drink, following care plans, and spending one-on-one time with residents.
