As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your role will involve assisting with daily living, providing support, companionship, and sharing memorable moments with residents. This position offers an opportunity to apply your dedication and compassion in a fulfilling environment. Daily tasks may include supporting residents with meals, following care plans, and ensuring individual time with each resident. This role is perfect for someone with experience caring for older people and has excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion.
