As a Care Assistant at Barchester care home, your role is to help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll be involved in daily living activities, offering companionship and creating memorable moments. Your tasks will vary daily, from assisting with food and drink to ensuring residents have one-on-one time. A fulfilling environment awaits for you to use your skills meaningfully and develop your career. Candidates should have experience caring for older adults, a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach. Training will be provided to help you thrive in your role.
