As a Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you are expected to help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This includes assisting with daily living, offering support and companionship, and creating memorable moments with the residents. Each day is unique, entailing various tasks ranging from supporting residents with their meals, adhering to care plans, to ensuring individualized attention for residents.
