As a Care Assistant at Barchester care home, the primary goal will be to ensure residents receive the quality care and support they need to enjoy each day. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, providing support and companionship, and creating memorable moments with the residents. The role is dynamic and rewarding, involving activities ranging from supporting residents during meals to ensuring they have personalized one-on-one time. Candidates should possess experience caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills.
