As a Care Assistant at Barchester care home, you'll assist residents in enjoying each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This involves helping with daily living, providing companionship, and sharing memorable moments. The role demands dedication and compassion in a fulfilling environment. Daily tasks are varied, from supporting residents with food and drink to ensuring one-on-one time with each resident, following care plans closely. A warm-hearted, can-do approach and excellent communication skills are essential.
