  • Work as a flexible member of the PCN, providing support to other team members as and when necessary
  • Effectively manage their own time, workload and resources
  • Take accountability for their own actions, either directly or under supervision
  • Alert other team members and the PCN CD to issues of quality and risk
  • Take part in appraisal and feedback, and be prepared to engage in training as required, even if such training is only available outside normal practice hours and off site
  • Take responsibility for their own development, learning and performance and be prepared to demonstrate skills and activities to others who are undertaking similar work
  • Take an active role in the development of a culture for the PCN, of providing high quality services, embedding this culture in the wider network, and ensuring our values are reflected in the reputation of the PCN locally
