There will be a supervisory responsibility for a Band 5 physiotherapist and students, providing appraisals, teaching and clinical support with managing demanding caseloads. You will also have roles linked to the Band 7 line managers that will facilitate your managerial and leadership qualities. We have an excellent in-service training program.
