Mental Health Support Worker

Zentar Healthcare is recruiting experienced Mental Health Support Workers for flexible agency shifts across CORNWALL. This is a great opportunity for experienced Support Workers looking for flexible work, weekly pay, and ongoing opportunities with an established healthcare staffing provider. We are looking for candidates with experience supporting individuals in mental health, supported living, Crisis, community care, and similar care settings. Experience working with learning disabilities, complex needs, or challenging behaviour is also highly beneficial. What you’ll be doing:

Providing high-quality, person-centred supportSupporting individuals with mental health needsAssisting with daily living and general wellbeingPromoting dignity, independence, and safety at all timesWorking across a range of care settingsCompleting clear handovers and accurate recordsFollowing safeguarding and care procedures What we’re looking for:

Minimum 6 months UK Support Worker / Care experiencePrevious mental health experience in a relevant care settingRight to work in the UK (We don't offer Sponsorship)Availability for last minute shiftDrivers are preferred; however, non-drivers are welcome to apply.Good communication and teamwork skillsReliable, professional, and flexible approachA current DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one Why join Zentar Healthcare:
