- System Knowledge - S1 is desirable. Must have NHS Care identity service card.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with current professional registration.
- Experience working with individuals with severe and enduring mental illness.
- Experience implementing the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
- Knowledge and experience of risk assessment and risk management.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary and multi-agency environments.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise workload, and manage a caseload effectively.
- Competent IT and clinical record-keeping skills.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel across service locations.
