Mental Health Nurse

You will provide safe, effective and person-centred care to patients throughout their inpatient journey. You will develop therapeutic relationships, contribute to assessments and care planning, support recovery goals and promote patients' independence and wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure care is coordinated and responsive to individual needs. Your role will include physical health monitoring, risk assessment and management, medicines management, safeguarding and supporting the safe management of restrictive practices.

Every shift offers opportunities to use your clinical judgement, respond to changing needs, support therapeutic interventions and contribute to positive recovery outcomes.
