Medical Call Handler - Poole - £12.71ph - Part Time

We're looking for a friendly, organised telephonist to join a busy GP practice in Poole. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, recording information accurately on clinical systems, and directing patients to the right services.Responsibilities:

Answer patient calls and enquiries professionallyRecord patient details on clinical systemsSupport reception duties and administrative tasksSignpost patients to appropriate services Experience & Skills:

Excellent communication and telephone mannerStrong customer service and admin skillsCalm under pressure with good typing abilityPrevious healthcare or GP experience is a bonus Additional Information:
