Chester Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) is looking for a friendly, approachable and passionate Engagement Officer to support our community engagement and communications work.

This role is focused on ensuring the voices of women, birthing people, babies and families help shape local maternity and neonatal services. The successful candidate will attend community groups, events and engagement activities to gather feedback and promote awareness of the MNVP, while also supporting the management of our social media platforms and online engagement.

A key focus of the role will be proactively engaging with communities whose voices are often under-represented, including families from diverse ethnic backgrounds, young parents, neurodivergent families, refugees and asylum seekers, families experiencing deprivation, and parents with babies receiving neonatal care.

Experience of neonatal services alongside maternity services would be highly valued, although this is not essential.
