- To provide a range of Mandatory Training subjects to ensure patient, client and staff safety to meet Healthcare and Risk management standards such as Moving & Handling, Basic Life Support and Conflict Resolution.
- To support the embedding of the Mandatory Training Policy
- To work in collaboration with Mandatory Training team in providing agreed programme of activity
- To support the subject Matter experts in the development, delivery and evaluation of Mandatory Training.
- To provide a range of Moving & Handling, Resuscitation, Physical Health and Job Mandated training to ensure patient, client and staff safety to meet Healthcare and Risk management standards.

Qualifications
Essential: - Recognised Teaching Qualification
Knowledge
Essential
- Competent working knowledge of current Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines (adult)
- Specific knowledge of current moving & handling techniques and training delivery, including the use of hoists and slings.
- Awareness of the UK Core Skills Training Framework
Personal
Essential
- Experience of practical resuscitation in an NHS setting
- Experience of teaching in a classroom setting or equivalent
- Evidence of developing programmes/ or training packages
