Lead with Compassion, Care with Purpose We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance to join the team! Marston Court is a home is situated in the East area of Leicester and is close to all amenities. We are a 22 bedded residential care home that provides 24 hour care for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. We also support individuals on a dementia care pathway. We provide high quality care and a safe environment that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life. What You’ll be Doing
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and statutory checks.Manage contractors and liaise with external suppliers when required.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and audits.Support the Facilities Manager in budgeting and resource planning. What You’ll Need
Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities role, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in a trade, Health & Safety certifications) are desirable.
