The lymphoedema team leader provides the day to day leadership and management of the team. This includes providing expert opinion and support to other members in the team, managing the other clinical members of the team and undertaking your own clinical caseload.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and responsible for assessing patients, planning treatment, delivering care and evaluating treatment plans.
You will be required to deliver a range of lymphoedema treatments including multi-layer lymphoedema bandaging.
You will work with the senior leadership team to develop and deliver initiatives within the clinics. These include work on capacity and demand, hosiery utilisation, training and education, audit and patient outcomes.

- Experience of working in a lymphoedema service

Qualifications

- Registered HCP - Nurse, physio, OT or podiatrist
