The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (LTHT) is one of the largest and busiest NHS acute healthcare providers in Europe and is a regional and national centre for specialist treatment. We are delighted to be offering flexible opportunities for Clinical Support Workers with significant experience wishing to join our workforce as bank staff.

We welcome applications from experienced Clinical Support Workers who would like to undertake flexible working hours in a range of specialties across our multi-site organisation.

What you will bring to the role Who are we looking for?

  • Compassionate individuals who can deliver outstanding patient-centred care
  • Minimum of 6 months acute hospital experience within the last 2 years
  • Success in NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Support or equivalent health care related qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience, or a 2nd year Student Nurses on an approved NMC program
  • Individuals who are committed to providing high standards of clinical practice, with attention to detail and championing patient safety and experience
  • Strong communication skills at all levels and through patient and colleague interactions, written and IT formats.
  • Team Players, who can work effectively with their multi-professional and support colleagues across the breadth of our Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust workforce and partner agencies.
