- To co-ordinate and facilitate the virtual Recovery and Wellbeing College provision.
- To enhance student experience by compassionate communication.
- To enhance co-facilitator experience by providing high quality support and supervision.
- To coordinate and create the prospectus, and promote across localities.
- To coordinate administration tasks and liaise with partners and venues.
- To manage enrolments, independent learning plans, registers, facilitator absence, and course cover.
We are Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust. We care for the mental health and wellbeing of people across Kent and Medway and are rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our teams support children, young people and adults with a wide range of mental health needs. We also provide specialist services, including all-age eating disorder services and neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people, such as autism and ADHD.
Because we work across the whole county and across hospital and community settings, we can make care more joined up and easier to access for the people we serve.

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
- Knowledge of the defining features of a recovery college and the ethos, Awareness of a range of different training and facilitation methods
- Ability to teach and facilitate subjects related to recovery and self-management
- Good range of IT skills including use of excel & power-point
- Organisational skills and ability to time manage training, managerial and administrative demands
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills
- Ability to deliver training and effective learning outcomes
Desirable: - Attended Recovery College Courses/Workshops
Experience
Essential
- Experience of dealing professionally with people experiencing difficult situations
- Current experience and evidence of using lived experience in a work/voluntary capacity
- Personal/close relational experience of health & Wellbeing recovery and use of supportive services
- Able to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation
Desirable: - Experience working in an educational/ training establishment
Training, Qualifications and Registration
Essential: - Evidence of study at Diploma Level and above.
