Location: Hayle, Cornwall
Pay: £130 per day
Working Pattern: Rolling rota – 2 weeks on, 1 week off

Educare Recruitment is looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Live-In Carer to provide dedicated 1:1 support to an individual in Cornwall.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, supporting independence and helping someone enjoy their interests, hobbies and social life.
The role involves more than day-to-day care. You will support the individual to get out and about, attend cricket matches, spend time with friends and enjoy a range of social activities using their own adapted van.
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support in a live-in setting.
- Supporting attendance at cricket matches and other activities.
- Driving the individual's van to social activities, appointments and visits with friends.
- Supporting with medication in line with the individual's care plan and relevant training.
- Assisting with personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy and independence.
- Encouraging community involvement, social connections and enjoyable experiences.
- Providing consistent, compassionate support tailored to the individual's needs.
- A full UK driving licence and confidence driving a van.
- A caring, patient and dependable approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build a positive, trusting relationship.
- A commitment to promoting dignity, choice and independence.
- Previous experience in care or support work is desirable.
- A flexible approach to live-in working and the advertised rota.
- £130 per day
- A rolling rota of two weeks on, followed by one week off.
- Uniform and PPE provided.
- Food allowance provided.
