essential care to one of the most vulnerable groups in our community. This work

allowing us to collaborate, innovate and support one another in delivering highquality

care.

Experience

Essential: - Experience of working in a primary care environment; - Experience of providing home visits

Desirable: - Minimum of two years as a salaried GP

Qualifications

Essential: - Qualified GP; - MRCGP; - Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP; - Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) at start date
