As a registered Social Worker , joining our Learning & Development Team as a Learning and Development Officer , you'll play a key role in developing our Children's Services workforce. You'll help deliver priority programmes such as Social Work Apprenticeships, Practice Learning, and our Graduate Entry Training Scheme (ASYE), embedding our strength based Hampshire Approach to practice.
