- To lead on Infection Prevention Control and work with the partners and practice manager to ensure CQC compliance at all times.
- Provide routine nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical based evidence, NICE and NSF
- Implement and evaluate individual treatment plans for chronic disease patients that promote health and wellbeing
- Understanding the importance of evidence-based practice
- Understand the requirement for PGDs and associated policy
- Ability to record accurate clinical notes
- Ability to work within own scope of practice and understanding when to refer to GPs
- Chaperone procedure
- Womens health (cervical cytology, contraception, etc.)
- Immunisations (routine, childhood and travel)
- Chronic disease management in Asthma , COPD, Diabetes.
- Spirometry

Glebe Road Surgery is GMS training practice, based in lovely Barnes. We are part of Sheen and Barnes PCN and work very closely with our neighbouring practices ensuring we provide the best care for our patients. We have been rated "Good" by the CQC and pride ourselves in being a strategic, innovative practice.
We are a busy Southwest London GP practice with 10,500 patients and a full complement of clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications
Essential
- Qualified Practice Nurse/ RGN
- Atleast 2 years experience in Primary care
- Previous line management experience or lead role experience highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of EMIS Web
- Working knowledge of ICP and CQC compliance.
