Working as a Pharmacy Team Leader, you will provide high-quality care and medication treatment to patients with clinical indications in a prison setting. You will be part of a team delivering care to patients within the Healthcare Centres and on the Wings/House blocks within the prison environment while establishing and maintaining relationships with staff at all levels, customers, and other key stakeholders. As a leader, you will lead, supervise, and develop the pharmacy team, manage staffing rotas, and ensure the team has the skills and competencies required to deliver a safe and effective pharmacy service. You will offer clinical leadership, assess patients, support medication administration, maintain accurate records, and monitor compliance with professional standards. This role includes participation in multidisciplinary forums and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Essential
- Registered pharmacy technician, Qualified ACT (Accuracy Checking Technician), excellent medication knowledge, experience in a similar role, experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, experience in a prison environment highly desirable.
