To provide high quality, well prepared and presented food to patients and other personnel as directed.
To tidy the kitchen and assist the cook throughout the day.
To work collaboratively with the Ellern Mede Ridgeway team.
To provide high standards of catering, using every opportunity to provide meals of a good visual and nutritional standard.
To help prepare meals and snacks at the direction of other catering staff and nursing staff.
To assist in the preparation of food, wash cutlery and dishes and tidy the kitchen, replace bins and ensure waste is disposed correctly.
