- Support all aspects of service delivery of a Community IV service for patients attending the Royal United Hospitals Bath.
This high quality seamless service crossing organisational and professional boundaries in primary and secondary care will provide a safe alternative to acute hospital care in appropriately selected patients. This will minimise institutionalism, reducing healthcare associated complications including infections, significantly improving the quality of life of both the patients and their carers at all stages of the care pathway.

Qualification and training
Essential: - Registered Teaching and assessing; - Registered Nurse
Desirable: - NMC recognised prescribing course
Knowledge and experience
Essential: - Ability to work autonomously; - Understanding of management of NMC code of practice and requirements
Desirable: - Experience of working in primary care
