Essential qualifications include experience in HCA or nursing recruitment, stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and project management, with a willingness to travel and valid UK driving license. Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Remote with travel
Elysium Healthcare is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of mental health, neurological and specialist care. We support thousands of patients across our network of inpatient and community services - and the people we recruit directly shape the quality of care we provide.
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner, who is available immediately, to join us on a six-month fixed-term contract as part of a focused project to strengthen substantive staffing across our highest-priority sites. This is not a reactive, vacancy-filling role. We need someone who thinks and acts strategically - building pipelines, partnering with operational leaders, and making a lasting impact that outlives the contract.
You’ll be working remotely with regular travel to sites across England and Wales, and one day a month at our head office in Luton.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering directly with Hospital Directors, Clinical Leads and Regional and Operations leaders to translate workforce demand into targeted, site-level recruitment plans.
- Building proactive HCA and nursing pipelines ahead of demand through direct sourcing, social media, job boards, referrals and community engagement.
- Owning the full candidate journey from first contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a responsive, high-quality experience throughout.
- Tracking delivery against agreed milestones: pipeline health, vacancy levels, time-to-fill, offer-to-start conversion and agency spend reduction.
- Identifying and escalating barriers, whether recruitment or operational, and making sure the right teams own the right actions.
- Ensuring all activity is documented and handed over in a way that can be sustained by the wider TA team once your project is complete.
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record in HCA and/or nursing recruitment, with demonstrable results in direct sourcing and pipeline building.
- Experience working proactively with operational and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong data literacy; able to use vacancy, pipeline and workforce data to set priorities and track progress.
- Experience managing a complex, multi-site caseload with competing demands.
- Experience contributing to or leading defined recruitment projects or programmes.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across England and Wales.
- UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience using Eploy ATS.
- Background in mental health, learning disability or specialist care settings.
- Familiarity with variable labour analysis or workforce planning.
At Elysium Healthcare, we believe in taking care of the people who care for others, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, growth, and future:
- A competitive annual salary
- The equivalent of 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) – plus your birthday off and the option to buy additional annual leave, in our annual selection window.
