Job description
We are seeking experienced family support practitioners to join our Family Help teams as Lead Family Help Practitioners, to lead assessment and planning for allocated families, and work as part of our multi-disciplinary teams to progress interventions and support to children, parents and carers. Dudley's practice model is Restorative Practice, and to strengthen this we introduced the Family Safeguarding model into our Social Work teams in 2023.
