Inclusion Support Worker Eastbourne | Primary School | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity Academics Agency are currently recruiting an Inclusion Support Worker to join a welcoming primary school in Eastbourne. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children who need additional support to access learning, build confidence and feel included within the classroom. The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small-group supportSupporting pupils with additional needsEncouraging engagement with learningSupporting emotional regulation and positive behaviourBuilding positive relationships with pupilsWorking closely with teachers and the SENCO The Ideal Candidate:
