This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children who need additional support to access learning, build confidence and feel included within the classroom. The Role:

Providing 1:1 and small-group supportSupporting pupils with additional needsEncouraging engagement with learningSupporting emotional regulation and positive behaviourBuilding positive relationships with pupilsWorking closely with teachers and the SENCO The Ideal Candidate:
