- Support teams across the Trust toidentify, plan, deliver and sustain improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate improvement activities using recognised quality improvement approaches,methodsand tools.
- Coach and support colleagues to develop their improvement knowledge, skills and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with staff, patients, service users and partners to understand challenges and develop solutions.
- Support the collection,analysisand presentation of data to inform improvement work and measure impact.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and improvement events that engage and empower teams.
- Share learning, good practice and successful improvement approaches across the organisation.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Trust.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels to support the successful delivery of improvement programmes

Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience or training
- Training in quality improvement techniques in healthcare
Desirable
- Trained Improvement Practitioner or equivalent improvement qualification.
- Recognised project management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, or experience or training in project management
Experience
Essential
- Experience of working with clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver significant improvements in service quality
- Experience of applying improvement methods across numerous pathways
Desirable
- Experience of workload management and prioritisation
- Experience of working in or influencing operational management
