Housing Support Worker - Temp to Perm We are recruiting a Housing Support Worker to support adults, including individuals recently released from probation services, helping them build stability and move towards independent living. Location: CoventryPay Rate: £18 - £19/per hour (Umbrella)Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmContract: Temp to Perm Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 housing-related supportDevelop and manage individual support plansComplete risk assessments and support medium-risk clientsCarry out health & safety and property checksSupport with budgeting and financial managementAssist with benefits and tenancy sustainmentDevelop clients' independent living and life skills About You

Experience in housing support, substance misuse, or employabilityExperience supporting medium-risk clients, including ex-offendersGood understanding of safeguarding and risk managementAbility to manage a caseload and work independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skills Interested?
