Make A Difference Everyday We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hospital Administrator to join our team! Southleigh Community Hospital is a Level 2 rehabilitation hospital supporting men and women with enduring mental health needs, including those stepping down from secure services, acute hospitals or prison settings. Our rehabilitation programme helps people regain confidence, develop practical life skills and prepare for greater independence through personalised care, multidisciplinary support and community engagement. What You’ll be Doing

Oversee administrative functions, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.Manage financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.Ensure compliance with CQC regulations.Collaborate with medical staff to improve patient care What You'll Need
