Home Manager – Shropshire Ready to take the lead of a well-established care home and make your mark?We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing, residential and dementia care home in Shropshire.The home is CQC rated Good and offers an excellent opportunity for an established manager to take full ownership of the service, lead from the front and continue building on its strong foundations.You’ll be joining a growing provider that genuinely values quality care, strong leadership and continuous improvement, with the support needed to succeed in the role.As Home Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the operational, regulatory and cultural leadership of the home.
