Job overview The HIV Service is seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 5 Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care to people living with HIV across outpatient, community and outreach settings. Working alongside Specialist Nurses, Medical Staff, Sexual Health colleagues and external partners, you will deliver clinical assessments, treatment support, health promotion and ongoing monitoring, helping patients to manage their condition and achieve the…
