Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced accountant to join a specialist healthcare accounting team. You will work across a varied portfolio of healthcare clients, including GPs, dentists, pharmacists and consultants. This is an ideal opportunity for an accountant with practice experience and healthcare sector knowledge who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing team.
Key Requirements • AAT qualified or equivalent. • At least 3 years' accounting experience within an accountancy practice. • Previous experience working with healthcare clients. • Strong knowledge of GP accounts. • Good understanding of NHS pension requirements and the annual cycle of work. • Strong client service and communication skills. • Ability to manage your workload effectively and meet deadlines. • Positive, proactive and growth-minded approach. • Resilient, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality work. • Strong team player with the ability to build positive client relationships.
