Qualifications
Essential: - The Care Certificate. If you do not have this, you will be supported to achieve it within the for 12 weeks of employment.
Desirable: - Educated to C Grade or Equivalent (Numeracy or Literacy); - NVQ in Health or Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent.
Communication Skills
Essential: - Being able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Experience
Desirable: - 1 Year in a Health Care setting as a Health Care Support Worker.
