As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include assisting with patient duties and supporting other team members such as clinical and Nurse Lead with patient care. You will support the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance is maintained. You will work with patients who have long-term conditions such as Diabetes and must have experience in phlebotomy. You will provide clinical procedures such as new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse, and simple wound care. Additionally, you will complete administrative tasks like new patient registrations, providing appropriate leaflets, stock control, and ordering. We seek individuals with experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy, able to adapt to changing priorities, and possess basic PC skills. You must maintain confidentiality, data security, and use your own judgement, being aware of professional boundaries. We offer 27 days annual leave and access to learning resources and employee wellbeing services.

Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

  • Assisting with patient duties as required and support other team members such as clinical and Nurse Lead with patient care.
